Special properties and expressions
Work with Material, BOM Structure, numeric fields and Fx expressions, among other things, in the panel.
How it works
Material and BOM Structure are supported as special properties. They are added directly to property groups, not as standard configurable Properties entries.
The panel supports numeric fields with validation and Fx expressions, as shown in the source example for sheet metal parts.
When multiple components are selected, the panel can also display their combined mass.
Use case
When designers need access to material and bill of materials data, or properties containing numbers and expressions, without switching workspaces.
