Privacy policy

Data controller

Cadnor AS is the data controller for the information you provide through the contact form. Organisation number: 931070835 MVA. Address: Heggelibakken 2, 0375 Oslo. Please use the contact form for privacy-related questions.

Information collected through the contact form

The form asks for your first name, last name, phone number, email address, company name and message. Your email address and approval to process the submitted data are required. Avoid including sensitive personal data or confidential customer data in the message field.

Enquiries and CRM

We use this information to follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis for processing enquiries and managing customer relationships is legitimate interest: Cadnor needs to be able to respond to enquiries and maintain relationships with businesses. Enquiries are stored in Cadnor's CRM system, HubSpot. Approval to process your enquiry is separate from the optional consent to receive newsletters.

Newsletters and unsubscribing

Cadnor uses HubSpot for newsletters, offers and invitations to seminars, webinars and other events. You choose whether to receive these communications, and the legal basis for newsletters is your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by submitting an unsubscribe request through the contact form. Please specify the email address to be unsubscribed. The request is sent to Cadnor's shared inbox. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

Analytics and advertising

Cadnor does not currently use visitor analytics or advertising tracking services on the website.

Storage, access and service providers

Enquiries are stored in HubSpot, Cadnor's CRM system, which is also used for newsletters. Only Cadnor employees have access to the information in HubSpot. Contact information is stored for up to 36 months after the last contact or enquiry and is then deleted unless contact is renewed or an active customer relationship justifies continued storage. Consent to receive newsletters remains valid until it is withdrawn. The legal basis for processing enquiries is legitimate interest, while newsletters are based on consent. Personal data may be transferred to or processed outside the EEA. HubSpot uses approved transfer mechanisms, including the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), for such transfers.

Your rights

You can request access to the information we process about you and ask for errors to be corrected. Where the applicable conditions are met, you can request erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Please use the contact form to ask Cadnor for assistance with exercising your rights.
