Autodesk's new purchasing process. - What will change for you?
With this change, the transaction will now be handled directly between you as a customer and Autodesk. You will still request your Autodesk software from Cadnor and Cadac Group, Autodesk will then provide you with the quote and arrange for subscription payments. Other than that, everything remains the same.
At Cadnor and Cadac Group, we are fully familiar with this new purchasing process, as it was previously introduced for Autodesk Flex. That's why we are able to provide excellent support to our customers to ensure a smooth transition to the new purchasing process. However, this requires you to take some important first steps. To help you with this, we have listed a number of actions for you below.
Important information about your upcoming Autodesk renewal:
Cadnor can process your Autodesk renewal until Friday, September 6, 2024. There will be a blackout period from 9 to 15 September during which Autodesk orders will not be processed. Please contact us in good time to ensure proper processing.

1. Request your Autodesk quote from Cadnor
Simply request your Autodesk quote from Cadnor, and we will help you with the best mix of licenses, number of seats and duration.
2. Cadnor will request an Autodesk quote for you
Cadnor requests an Autodesk quote from Autodesk on your behalf.
3. Get and review your Autodesk quote
Autodesk will contact you directly to review the quote. Is there anything else you want to change? Feel free to contact us.
4. Confirm and pay for your order with Autodesk
Once you've agreed to the final quote, you can easily confirm and pay for your order with Autodesk.
5. Start using your software
Your software is immediately available.
6. Autorenewal at Autodesk for continuity
From the first order through the new purchase process, Autorenewal is enabled by default, so you can always work without interruption. Prefer to renew yourself? You can do so up to 90 days before the expiry date. We will inform you in a timely manner!
You confirm and pay with Autodesk
After we request your quote from Autodesk, Autodesk will contact you directly to confirm he details of the quote. At Autodesk, you can use a variety of payment methods to complete your order. Choose from options such as iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal or payment on account (invoice), depending on what best suits your organisation's financial needs.
