- Decide which Flex products each user can access.
- For products with a daily rate, the charge provides access for 24 hours. Close the product when you have finished working so that it does not continue into a new usage period.
- Track token consumption and your remaining balance in Autodesk Account.

The invoice comes directly from Autodesk. Your finance and procurement teams therefore need to register Autodesk as a supplier, even though Cadnor helps you with the licences. Clarify this before ordering or renewing so that internal purchasing procedures do not hold up the purchase.

- Check the supplier’s legal entity, currency and payment details against the documentation for your order.
- Confirm the billing address, contact person and any purchase reference.

Find the serial number in Autodesk Account
If you are the contract manager, primary admin or secondary admin, you can log in and find information about subscriptions and contracts. What you see depends on your access permissions and subscription type.

Open Autodesk Account
Log in to manage.autodesk.com with the account that has access to the contract.

Find the contract
Open Subscriptions and contracts and click the relevant contract.
- 03
Select the product
Open the product within the contract to view the serial number, where available for the subscription.
Can’t find the contract or a serial number? Check which account you are logged in with, and ask the contract manager or Cadnor for help. Not all subscriptions display a serial number in the same way.
